MSProject – Change the default time unit for work

In Project, the default time unit for work is hours, but you can change it to be minutes, days, weeks, or months:

• Choose File > Options.
• In the Project Options dialog box, choose Schedule.
• In the Work is entered in list, choose the time unit that you want.
